Jamie Paucar brings nearly 15 years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong foundation in relationship management and credit analysis. He joined First Bank in November 2023 and currently serves as SVP/Market Executive for First Bank. Based in the Palm Beach office, Jamie plays a key role in expanding the bank’s presence and supporting business clients throughout the region.
Prior to this role, Jamie served as VP/Commercial Lending Officer for First Bank, where he worked closely with local businesses in Florida to structure financing solutions tailored to their needs. He began his career after earning a degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College and completing formal credit training at JPMorgan Chase Bank in Columbus, Ohio in 2011.
Outside of work, he is deeply involved in his community as a Youth Leader and Coordinator at his church, where he organizes educational programs for children. In his free time, Jamie enjoys traveling with his family for soccer tournaments, fishing, and playing basketball.
