Michael SullivanSVP/Commercial Lending Relationship Manager

Michael Sullivan serves as a SVP/Commercial Lending Relationship Manager at First Bank, based in the Doylestown office. In this role, he is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of commercial banking relationships. He focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions and building strong client partnerships to support business growth across the region.

Michael brings over 30 years of banking experience, including more than a decade in commercial banking, where he supports clients with strategic lending solutions and relationship management. Prior to joining First Bank, he spent 15 years at Fulton Bank in commercial and consumer roles across the Greater Philadelphia market. His experience also includes positions with Citizens Bank and PNC Bank, along with early career roles at Sovereign, CoreStates, and Meridian Bank. He attended LaSalle University and is an honors graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Advanced School of Banking.

Michael has been actively involved in the community, previously serving on the boards of the Credit Counseling Center and Bucks County Housing Group. He has also volunteered as a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County, mentored participants in the LBCCC Leadership Program, and coached youth basketball for the Central Bucks East intramural program.
